Return Policy
Return of Pets:
In case the User wishes to return a purchased pet, Delhi Puppy Kennel does not offer refunds under any circumstances. A pet may only be returned subject to the availability of another suitable adopter who is willing to responsibly rehome the pet. Additionally, if a return is accepted, the User will be liable to bear all costs incurred by Delhi Puppy Kennel in facilitating the return and rehoming process.Return of Pet Products:
If the User wishes to return a pet-related product (such as accessories, food, or toys), they must do so within 7 days of receiving the product. The User must also provide photographic evidence clearly showing that the item received is defective.
If the defect is verified by Delhi Puppy Kennel, a full refund will be processed within 30 days, using the same payment method through which the original payment was made.
Termination
Delhi Puppy Kennel reserves the right to terminate, restrict, or suspend the User’s access to the website or services at any time, without prior notice or stated reason. Such termination may also result in the forfeiture or deletion of any information associated with the User’s account.
Upon termination, this Agreement shall immediately cease to be effective; however, the following provisions shall continue to remain in force even after termination:

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Delhi Puppy Kennel and the User regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full effect.
Section headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or meaning of this Agreement.

The User acknowledges and agrees that they are accessing and using the services of Delhi Puppy Kennel at their own risk and with due diligence and judgment.
Delhi Puppy Kennel strives to ensure transparency and authenticity in all transactions; however, all services, pets, and products are offered “as is” and “as available.”
If the User is dissatisfied with any part of the website, its contents, or these Terms and Conditions, their sole legal remedy shall be to discontinue use of the website.
Delhi Puppy Kennel makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content, products, or services offered on the website.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from this Agreement or from any transaction between Delhi Puppy Kennel and the User shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
In the event of any legal proceedings, the Parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
This clause is mandatory, and the User hereby waives any objection regarding venue or jurisdiction, including claims based on the doctrine of forum non conveniens or any similar principle.
Errors and Corrections
Despite our best efforts, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or delivery timelines.
Delhi Puppy Kennel reserves the right to correct any such errors or update information at any time, without prior notice — including after an order has been placed.
If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or details due to an error, Delhi Puppy Kennel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or the User’s payment has been processed.
If payment has already been made and the order is canceled, a full refund will be promptly issued to the User.
